I am a journalist based in Nebraska with a passion for investigative reporting and storytelling. I believe in the power of journalism to inform, engage, and drive change. I strive to produce in-depth, well-researched stories that not only present facts but also provide context and human impact.

I receive my bachelors in journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2025.

Skills include: reporting, social media management, photography, videography, and editing.

About Me

My passion for journalism began with an interest in criminal justice. In high school, I took an internship at my local sheriff’s department hoping to one day build a career in law enforcement. However, that experience opened my eyes to the systemic issues and corruption within the system. After that, I realized I couldn’t be part of something I didn’t believe in, but I still felt a strong drive to help people.

That’s when I discovered the power of storytelling. Journalism became the outlet I didn’t know I was looking for. I found purpose in giving people a platform to share their experiences, especially those whose voices often go unheard. I love investigating, uncovering the truth, and piecing together narratives that matter.
